You are entitled to re-marry once Decree Absolute has been granted. No delay is required. However it is always advisable to achieve a sealed financial settlement with your ex-spouse before re-marriage.  If you re-marry you may be barred from making a financial claim against her, but it may still be open to her to bring one against you if no final settlement was reached and sealed by the Court.
