Can I get divorced if I am carrying his child?

We separated two years ago after my husband committed adultery but we had a recent fling again (although he never moved back in) and I am carrying his child. I still want a divorce but can I get a divorce if I am pregnant with his child?

Yes there is no bar to commencing divorce proceedings if you are pregnant.
