I want to divorce my husband but I don't know where he is. Can I still get divorced?

It is not necessarily going to be a problem if you do not know where your husband is living but very much depends on the reason you are relying on to end the marriage.

It is possible to ask the court's permission to dispense with service of the papers as a last resort provided you have made every attempt to try and serve the papers.

You should not let not knowing where your husband is off seeking advice about divorce.
