Set fire to divorce papers...

My wife sent me divorce papers and I was so upset I burnt them. What should I do ?

If you can recall the name of the Court where the papers were issued then you could ask if you could be sent a fresh set of papers. Alternatively get in touch with your wife or her legal advisor and ask her to send you a fresh set of papers. If you would prefer not to do this yourself then instruct a solicitor to act for you. There should be no problem getting duplicate papers.
