"Sham marriage" husband was deported: how do I get a divorce?

I am English but my husband was an asylum seeker and the government has now deported him as they say ours was a sham marriage. How do I get a divorce?

Firstly you need to be satisfied you have the grounds to rely on to divorce and if you have then you commence proceedings in the usual way. As your husband has been deported your legal advisor will need to consider the best method of serving the papers on your husband but formal steps must be taken to terminate the marriage irrespective of whether the authorities considered it to be a sham if you are to marry again.
