Spends all his spare time playing online poker: is this grounds for divorce?
My husband spends every evening and most of the weekend playing online poker and it is driving me to distraction. We have been for counselling but he is no better. He doesn't either lose much or win much so there is no financial hardship, but is my frustration with our (lack of) lifestyle alone grounds for a divorce ?
If your husband spends most of his spareĀ time playing online poker and the result is you feel isolated, lonely or neglected, this is unreasonable behaviour which is a reason you can rely on in your divorce petition for the marriage breaking down.
Please let meĀ know if I can be of further assistance.
